SFCCC Invites you to our 42ND anniversary gala!

Last summer, SFCCC partnered with Precita Eyes to create a community mural celebrating 42 years of advancing health equity. Staff, Community Health Workers, and Consumer Advisory Panel members came together to design and paint this piece - a fully collaborative process that reflects the spirit behind all our work. With patient-led boards and culturally competent care, our clinics remain healthcare by and for the communities we serve. 

In these difficult times, we are guided by the values that built and sustained this movement, with trust that what has always carried us forward will continue to do so. We are grateful to come together with our community once again to celebrate the incredible individuals and organizations whose dedication to health equity inspires us all: Senator Scott Wiener, Drs. Richard and Tricia Gibbs, and City College of San Francisco’s Community Health Worker Program.
