Clinic Director at St. Anthony’s

The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall operations, financial management, and maintenance of the Federal Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) status of St. Anthony's Medical Clinic. In conjunction with the Clinic Lead Physician and the Behavioral Health Supervisor the Clinic Director will oversee administrative and performance management responsibilities of all providers. The Clinic Director and the Lead Physician will provide support to the health care staff (hereafter referred to as clinical staff), be responsible for all compliance monitoring for all clinical services, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Quality Improvement. In collaboration with the Lead Physician the Clinic Director will also oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinic services, including clinic protocols and policies in accordance with current Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC); as well as adherence to St. Anthony Foundation’s mission and values. The Clinic Director represents St. Anthony Medical Clinic to the medical community, the San Francisco Consortium of Clinics and the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

Director, Workforce Development

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Information, the Director, Workforce Development, is primarily responsible for the development, implementation and management of SFCCC's efforts to recruit, train, and retain a quality, skilled and competent health professions workforce within our partner community health centers/clinics and in community health. Key areas of responsibility are serving as the Center Director and managing activities for the San Francisco Area Health Education Center (AHEC), a federally supported health professions program; serving as the Executive responsible for oversight of the National Health Corps/AmeriCorps program; and other workforce development activities.
