The Berkeley Group Presents SFCCC Marketing Strategy Plan

Since September, SFCCC has been working with The Berkeley Group (TBG) to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that would increase our brand visibility and reputation in the health care community. TBG is a group of student consultants from UC Berkeley who work with nonprofits to craft solutions to the vital challenges they face today. This is important in view of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the rapid changes that are occurring in health care. SFCCC has achieved remarkable success in the past 30 years. However, SFCCC's current marketing materials - including brochures, fact sheets, and our website - have not had a systematic review in ten years. In addition we also needed a larger, more comprehensive marketing plan.
TBG focused on four key areas: SFCCC stakeholder interviews; evaluation of current marketing efforts; researching new strategies to increase brand visibility; and the development of a comprehensive action plan that included a series of recommendations and action steps. We are grateful to TBG and are proceeding forward with implementing the Marketing Strategy Plan!
