Vision

The San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium (SFCCC) and its partner health centers serve as an integral part of the health care system of San Francisco, the state of California, and the United States. Through our work, we believe we can achieve our vision of hope and caring.

SFCCC envisions a future in which all persons have access to quality health care in a culturally, linguistically and population-sensitive manner in community-based settings.

The San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium develops programs and advocates for policies that increase access to community-based primary care for all San Franciscans, targeting the uninsured and underserved.
