Mental Health Services

SFCCC is completing the final phase of an innovative three-year pilot project -- funded by The California Endowment -- which has expanded Mental Health Services at our partner clinics. The project’s primary goal has been to integrate mental health care into the spectrum of primary care services that are routinely provided to patients. Services are now being offered upfront -- during initial or subsequent visits -- as opposed to further down the line, when patients are more likely to fall through the cracks of the system and receive no care at all.
