Company: Mission Neighborhood Resource Center Location: 240 Shotwell Street, San Francisco, CA Status: On-Call/Per Diem Salary: Commensurate with experience Close Date: Position open until filled Job Description: The The Resource Center’s integrated services provides health and dental care, acupuncture, substance abuse, mental health counseling and peer-led support as well as access to basic amenities such as bathrooms, showers, lockers, and laundry facilities. The GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Under the direct supervision of the MNRC Medical Director and as a member of an integrated health and social services team, the Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver primary and urgent care to a multicultural, multilingual and very diverse community of patients dealing with homelessness, substance abuse, mental health issues and HIV status. The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the primary and urgent health care of a diverse patient population including day laborers, substance users, chronically mentally ill, transgender individuals and street sex workers.
