Taking its cue from Off The Grid <http://offthegrid.com/>  food truck gatherings, our SOS program recently participated in San Francisco’s first “Pop-Up Care Village”. Organizers aimed to have the Village “bring access to more services and collective impact to more people on the streets where they're at.” And that’s exactly what we did! SOS provided medical visits, hygiene kits, and over-the-counter medications to Village guests, while other service providers offered haircuts, showers, clothing, and more. We’re already looking forward to next time!
